UECOF Lucky Draw Campaign — Terms & Conditions

Campaign Period: 17 June 2026 – 15 August 2026

1. Campaign Name & Organizer

The “UECOF Lucky Draw” campaign (the “Campaign”) is organized and operated through the BaiSed application (“BaiSed App”) by the Organizer (the “Company”). By participating, you (“Participant”) agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

2. Campaign Period

The Campaign runs from 17 June 2026 to 15 August 2026. Only qualifying purchases made and receipts scanned within this period will be eligible. Any entry submitted before or after this period will not be counted.

3. Eligible Products

A qualifying purchase means the purchase of any of the following UECOF products:

• UECOF Passion Fruit Flavor Herbal Candy
• UECOF Citrus C Flavor Herbal Candy
• UECOF Spearmint Flavor Herbal Candy
• UECOF Yuzu Flavor Herbal Candy
• UECOF CD Lozenges (Original Flavor)
• UECOF Honey Lemon Flavor Herbal Candy

4. How to Participate

• Purchase any of the eligible UECOF products listed above.
• Open the BaiSed App and scan the purchase receipt.
• 1 eligible product = 1 entry into the lucky draw. A receipt showing multiple eligible products earns one entry per product.
• There is no limit to the number of entries one Participant may earn, subject to these Terms.

5. Eligibility

• Participants must be registered users of the BaiSed App.
• Participants must be at least 18 years of age. Participants under 18 may only take part with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who will be treated as the prize recipient.
• Participants must be residing in Thailand and able to receive the prize within Thailand.
• Employees of the Company, its affiliates, advertising/promotion agencies involved in the Campaign, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

6. Receipt Requirements

• Receipts may be from any retailer — convenience store, drug store, supermarket, or any other outlet that issues a receipt.
• Each receipt must clearly show the product name, the purchase date, and the store. Illegible, incomplete, altered, or damaged receipts will be rejected.
• Each receipt may be scanned and submitted only once. Duplicate submissions of the same receipt will be void.
• The purchase date on the receipt must fall within the Campaign Period.
• Participants must keep the original physical receipt and present it for verification if requested. The Company may withhold or cancel a prize if the original receipt cannot be produced.

7. Prizes

• There are three (3) prizes in total: each prize is one (1) brand-new iPad (A16 chip, 11th generation).
• Three (3) winners will be selected at random from all valid entries.
• One Participant may win only one (1) prize, regardless of how many entries that Participant has earned.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other item. The Company reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value should the stated prize become unavailable.

8. Winner Announcement & Prize Claim

• Winners will be announced by 20 August 2026 via the BaiSed App and BaiSed official social media channels.
• The Company will contact winners through the BaiSed App and/or the contact details registered in the App. Winners must confirm their claim and provide the required identification and delivery information within seven (7) days of being notified.
• If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the specified period, declines the prize, or is found ineligible, the Company reserves the right to forfeit that prize and draw a replacement winner at its discretion.

9. Taxes

Any withholding tax or other taxes arising from receiving the prize, as required by Thai law, are the responsibility of the winner unless the Company states otherwise.

10. Anti-Fraud

The Company reserves the right to disqualify any Participant and to withdraw or cancel any entries if it finds, at its sole discretion, any foul play, fraud, falsified or duplicated receipts, use of automated tools, or any other form of cheating or violation of these Terms.

11. Reserved Rights

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to amend, modify, suspend, shorten, extend, or cancel this Campaign, the prizes, or any of these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. The Company also reserves the right to make the final decision on all matters relating to the Campaign, and such decisions are final and binding and not subject to dispute or appeal.

12. Personal Data

By participating, the Participant consents to the Company and BaiSed collecting, using, and disclosing their personal data for the purposes of administering the Campaign, verifying entries, contacting and announcing winners, and delivering prizes, in accordance with applicable data-protection law (the Personal Data Protection Act, PDPA). Winners further consent to the Company publishing their name and likeness for the announcement of results and reasonable promotional purposes related to the Campaign.

13. General

• Participation in the Campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand.
• In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Thai versions, the Thai version shall prevail.
