BaiSed accepts all kinds of receipts — from any store, in any category, for any purchase. Just make sure the receipt clearly shows the store name, date, itemized list, and total amount. That's all you need to start earning points!

You can scan up to 6 receipts per day. This limit helps us keep the system fair and prevents misuse, so we can continue rewarding everyone as much as possible.

Receipts must be scanned within 30 days of the purchase date to be eligible for points. Make sure to upload them as soon as possible so you don't miss out!

We use your receipts to give you points that can be redeemed for rewards — simple as that! We also analyze purchase data (without personal info) to help brands and retailers better understand what people are buying and when.

Yes — BaiSed has systems in place to detect fake, duplicate, or altered receipts. Our team also actively monitors receipt activity to ensure fair use. If we find any suspicious behavior or violations of our Terms of Service, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, or take other appropriate actions. Let's keep it fair for everyone!

Not yet — BaiSed currently only accepts physical paper receipts. However, we're working on adding support for e-receipts in the future, so stay tuned for updates!

Just tap the "Rewards" tab in the bottom menu, browse the available options, and choose any reward that fits your points. Then tap "Claim" — it's that simple! Your reward will be processed within a few days. You can check its status anytime in the "Claimed" section on the Rewards page.

Once your reward is ready, you'll find it in the "Claimed" section of the Rewards page. You can view your reward in the form of a code, QR code, barcode, or link, depending on the type. Just follow the instructions provided to redeem it — easy and hassle-free!

Rewards are usually processed and ready within 2 to 4 days. We'll notify you once your reward is available in the "Claimed" section.

Yes — some rewards come with an expiration date, depending on the type (e.g., e-vouchers or promo codes). Be sure to check the details of each reward before redeeming, and use them before they expire to make the most of your points!

Every user gets their own referral code! Just go to the "Account" page in the bottom menu and tap "Refer a Friend." You'll see your referral code along with a share button. When your friend signs up, enters your code, and scans their first receipt, both of you will earn 100 points — it's a win-win!

For the referral program to work, your friend must enter your referral code before scanning their first receipt. They can do this in one of two ways: either by entering your referral code during the sign-up process, where a box will appear asking for it, or after signing up by going to the "Account" page, selecting "Refer a Friend," and tapping "Enter your friend's code." Important: If your friend scans a receipt before entering your code, the referral will no longer be valid — and unfortunately, neither of you will receive the 100 points. There's no way to undo this, so make sure your friend enters the code first!

Yes — if your account is inactive for 90 days, all of your points will expire and reset to 0. As long as you keep scanning receipts or redeeming rewards, your points will remain safe and active.

To delete your account, go to the "Account" page in the bottom menu, tap "Advanced Settings," and select "Delete Account." A confirmation message will appear — once you confirm, your account will be permanently deleted and all your points will be lost. Please make sure you really want to delete before proceeding.

Go to the "Account" page in the bottom menu and tap "Language." From there, you can select your preferred language — either English or Thai.
